Implementing automatic off day in SAP

Hi Everyone

We have a scenario where one of our work schedule is based on two weeks cycle, the first week the working day is from Mon to Friday, while the second week is from Mon to Thu, the second Friday is consider an off day for those on this work pattern.

The problem is when ever there is a public holiday on the Friday (off day), the requirement is to set the next working days as the non-working days for those on this work pattern.

The requirement is how can I implement the next working day as an automatic off day in SAP?
