Unable to Find Request in Approver Inbox SAP GRC 10

Hi,

I have a problem installing the Support Packages for GRC Access Control to level 11, but to generate a role or user application performs all system normally, making the routes to be so, but when the approver reviews your work tray, not appears that generated the system application.

Someone will have an idea that might be?

Hi Jorge,

If the work inbox displays 'Process Control' as the default query, please check the code fix provided in SAP note '1808105- Work inbox showing Process Control query as default query'.

hello,

check the "All" and "Access Control" parts of the work inbox (blue hyper-links at the top). I once had the Process Controls inbox appear as default.
