B1 Crash when importing/change path Crystal report

Hi experts,

I'm fancing a problem that when I try import a Crystal report B1 crash and need to be closed.

Then I publish the report via Crystal Reports addon but when I try change the report path, B1 also crash.

Anyone have any suggestion that what could be?

Sometimes it is not possible to open a customized Crystal report within SAP Business One with dump file generated.

Cause

Help for error analysis

Solution

The issue might be related to regional language setting for the operation system.
Different regional languages configured in a workstation might cause the  issue. Change the regional language setting will in this case resolves the issue.

I don't understand the not that sugest change regional language

It must be an specific configuration? Because its all the same (region, idiom and locale)

I understand that in pl 9 this problem is solved, but I think that Crystal developers do not change this option in the addon for publish in B1 in the right path...

Hi Laís,

Instead of changing path, why not changing the file location to the original folder?

System may not allow you to change it without problem.
