RFC_ERROR_PROTOCOL with SAP and Biztalk Server 2006. Please Help!

Hi there everyone!

Before anything, if I'm asking this on the wrong discussion forum, please direct me to the right one so that I can get my question properly answered.

Folks, I'm kinda new to the SAP world and I'm a bit lost with this error.

I'm trying to create an secure network communication (SNC) to an RFC using SAP with BizTalk Server 2006 on a Send Port.

I've provided the Biztalk Server the path of the .dll file for the SncLibrary and the proper SncPartnerName. But the application started to raise an exception and I'm unable to find any solution for this issue. Does any one ever encountered this problem before?

Error details:

Microsoft.ServiceModel.Channels.Common.ConnectionException: Details: ErrorCode=RFC_OK. ErrorGroup=RFC_ERROR_PROTOCOL. Thanks in advance.

Hello Jonas,

Unfortunately, this question gone unanswered and I could not find any help whatsoever on the internet about this problem in due time.

Plus, I'm no longer in the project which raised this issue so I didn't searched any further for solutions or workarounds for this problem.

Sorry.

Best of Luck!

Regards,

Filipe Marino

Hello Filipe

This is definitely an incorrect forum for the query. Unfortunately, I have mot a clue as to where to point you. Maybe if you can provide the actual product you are using(?). I googled 'SAP systems' and 'RFC using SAP', but I am not any wiser... Perhaps if you can try google searches along those line you'll hit on something that will provide a clue.

With apologies,
