Can't copy items with quick copy

Hello,

I wanted to use quick copy to copy items master datas from one company to another (on the same server, with same localization). Exporting goes ok, but when i try to import in the target database, i just can't because the module doesn't let me tick the case for 'item master datas' and 'warehouse'. Maybe i'm doing someting wrong when I export, or maybe i don't do something when i want to start the import. If i hold my mouse over the case, i've a little message saying "impossible to select, modify copy method to enable the selection". I've tried many options but nothing works Any ideas?
PS: my numbering method for items is set to manual, maybe it's the problem

Hi Kim ,

I was faced same problem with import chart of account so i suggest you " Please Select Delete all records and then add new record " from copy method section.

Have you defined warehouse code, item group and GL account before exporting item master data?

Hi Kim,

How many Item you are trying to Copy?

If the Volume is High then Select the required ones and not all as attached.
