Error log for document printing

Hi all

We used to have some documents, which had lots of errors at the moment of printing. So now, the databasetable PRINTING_LOG has some 2'037'857 rows.

Is there a rule, which automatically deletes old entries (like for example older than 300days, or more than 1000 entries)?

In our case, the amount of rows seems to slow down the system when printing with an error (waiting time 1minute instead of 1sec).

Thanks, Yvonne

Hi Sergiy

Sorry for my late answer, I'm pretty much under pressure.

thanks for the answer- it is a pity, it is no default property to delete rows after some days... but we will live with it.

I will close the question as solved.

Hi,

This seems to be a performance issue - please submit a support ticket. I do not see an official solution to clear this table, but meanwhile you can try to do this manually, just to be on the safe side please save a copy of the table before deletion.

Sergiy
