Drilldown option in KPI detail view is not visible

Hi,

We have 2 issues as follows,

1. when trying to send notifications from the Initiative edit menu, we receive the following message: "Notifications not sent to: ....".Although it says it has not been sent, only one person (Initiative owner or author who actully notifying the team members) receives it.The settings in the Java System Properties are correct, otherwise nobody wolud receive that notification.

2.Drill down option and create associated report options missing in scorecards KPI detail view as attached in screenshot.We were able to see before, suddenly it is not visible.I can able to see the drilldown in Pwsample database. Is there any configuration need to be done?

currently we are using SSM 10 SP6 HF1

Hello Bala,

In the future can you please create seperate posts for each issue.

1) - Can you please confirm with your email admin that the mail server is allowing relaying for Netweaver?

- As well is there any tracing set up on the email server?

- Can you test with a different browser, Firefox or Chrome?

- If possible please try restarting NW.

- Ensure that any popup blocker is turned off

- Check the Java Default Trace log to see if there are any errors at the time email notifications are being sent

2) This appears to be resolved in SP07 Patch 1 as per note 1868201
