Transportation zone is missing in delivery ship to address

HI All,

I have creaetd a PO (NB). then created a delivery docuemnt .in delivery ship to address Transporation zone is missing. I have check the ship to customer master(Transporation zone is configured). Please suugest the reason why zone is missing in delivry ship to address.
