BE PO Created Item Status is 'Error in transmission'

Hi Forum,

We have some shopping carts for which PO is created in back end but item status is set to I1112 i.e. 'Error in transmission'. I can see BE_OBJECT_TYPE as BUS2012 and PO number in BE_OBJECT_ID field in item data in BBP_PD.

If I Re- transffer the SC using BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER it creates a new PO and this time sets the status to I1113 i.e. 'Follow on document Created'.

Why is the item status not updated correctly in SRM even after PO is created?
