Hello all,

After saving the service confirmation i'm getting the below error as.

Error in system EFPCLNT700 while copying the document

Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020

Diagnosis

Errors occurred while transferring the document into another system. To view the error messages, see the enclosed log.

Transmission log

• I::000 (Notification E 000)
• I::000 (Notification I 000)
• I::000 (Notification I 000)

Hello Anand

Can you post the error which is coming back from ECC.

There will be more detailed area what exactly is going wrong in ECC while posting the Service confirmation in ECC.

or you may check the bdoc to get more detailed error.
