How to delete messages with outbound status scheduled

Hi All,

I am working on SAP PI 7.3 Dual Stack. It is an IDOC to JDBC scenario with a BPM. The mode of communication is EOIO.

The Idocs are stuck in the PI system before entering the BPE and the outbound messages status is scheduled.

I am not been able to delete/cancel the messages from the Integration engine.Please advice if the messages with the status - outbound schedule is possible to delete or cancel from PI.

Hi Rana,

You can run this program : RSXMB_CHECK_MSG_QUEUE

If the messages are in error state you can cancel them by using the pgm: RSXMB_CANCEL_MESSAGES.

To delete from moni, you can use 'tick-pencil' button in SXMB_MONI (CTRL-F8) can be used to cancel the messages in Scheduled/Recorded status.

deleting messages is not recommended for production environment.you may loose some important messages. so please check your feasibility before deletion.

If you are fetching the data from third-party, check if they can re-send the messages.
