ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY during Language Import

Hello,

during import of language FR the error ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY occurs on our Solman 7.1 on Sybase ASE. SAP Note 1617634 (Deleting of language duplicates) was already implemented and executed. No success.

The generated dump:

\FUNCTION-POOL=SDCL\FORM=PHIOS_GET_REQU_HEADER_PROPS\DATA=HEADER_RECORDS".

However, updating

the unique table key "PRIMARY_KEY" resulted in a duplicate entry.

The key

concerned may be either the primary key or a secondary key.

The key components of the duplicate entry have the values

"{0EA7B9B6BB9AD411955D0060B03C6B76}"

Anyone out there, who had this problem?
