error on CC "failed to set up the channel" and "request received for a channel"

Hi

I have a scenario with SOAP -> PI -> jdbc my interface is synchronous and i keep seen the errors in my adapter type SOAP in my sender direction in CC my "Soap and Sync".

in the channel monitor page column name explanation says "request received for a channel" and "failed to set up the channel 9fef7254cddd3fb0b480550a8f830495"
