SAP Vs Physical Docs Recon Problem

Hi,

This is a problem i have been facing since SAP Go Live. I am always getting a huge difference btw SAP stock (mb5b) and my physical book stock. SAP was implemented in the middle of the year. The process i manage include receipts, processing and sales and i have to ensure SAP and Physical stocks match monthly.

Pls help.
