unable to see branding image in portal theme

Hi,

I customized portal (7.3) theme successfully. But now I am unable to see branding image. It displaying black. I try to upload the image but it’s not getting change.

I can see the difference now in Rule collection it displaying the Rule detail as

The above detail we were not getting before. Last week we upgrade the patch.

Anyone can share the solution to resolve it.
