Explanation about log (trace) server

Hello,

I am searching a document about log server explanations.

By exemple, my server generates a file as : cms_xxx.CentralManagementServer_trace.000001.glf
With an error like "**ERROR:C3_Dictionary:(A) AMBIGUOUS ITEM (false) : ; Name already used:"xxxx"; key:LEE; [kc3Dictionnary.cpp;385] "

I would know if it exist a document like a dictionnary which identifies and explain errors which can be logged.

Hi Odile,

Following Wiki document could help you. though it speaks about tracelog enabling process initially it also suggests the the tracelog formation starting from page13.

Have you checked "Error Messages Explained" guide from http://help.sap.com ?

it is the official error guide.
