Good Day,
Is it possible to show all IT assets (PC Number, Phones, Laptops, IPads, external Hard drives, etc.) assigned to an individual when an incedint is created by him in SOLMAN 7.1?

Hi Abdul,
As everyone already mentioned Solution Manager has this capability but you need to purchase a separate license to work on it effectively and i.e. IT Infrastructure management
it will help to manage
monitoring for IT infra
change for IT infra
etc
it is a big topic and infact has a dedicated wiki as below

I am not sure if the answer is still relevant to you, but I would still answer for other's sake.
Yes you can.
There are three ways of doing it.
Option: 01
Link SOLMAN with SAP IT Infrastructure Management solution (separate License Required) CMDB to download all the assets and use them as configuration items in the incidents.
Option: 02
Download assets from SAP ECC (if available) as individual objects and use them as configuration items in the incidents.
Option: 03 -
In the absence of CMDB and ECC Assets, you may want to upload the asset information as configuration items into SOLMAN and then use them in the incident.
