Workflow error at the time of RFx Response

Hi,

We are using SRM 7.0 EHP2. I am getting an error while submission of Vendor response. I am getting following error at the time of submission of bid

“No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator”

I am getting another error when I am trying to save Bid response.

“Cannot get process info from WF archive; function AS_API_READ causes exceptn No Infostruc Found” .

We are using Application based workflow. Should I activate any respective workflow? Kindly suggest me .
