BW Hierarchy Migration 3.5 to 7.3

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to migrate hierarchy(InfoObject) from 3.5 to 7.3, i believe the migration step itself indicates that some OSS Notes need implemented first in order to do this.

Could you please let me know those OSS messgaes & steps for migrating the hierarchy.
