Hi SAP experts,
We are using Service desk 7.1 and we are encountering the "not authorized for object 7100000041"each time we open an incident message. This is the same for admin, processors and key users.
As per checking the object refers to the configuration item/product ID/object ID in the ibase.
Did we miss something? Thanks!
