Time Quota Enter maually

I need to create a absence quotas and it should enter manually in the IT(2006) not automatically generation .

kindly Help ?

Use transaction code PA30 and select infotype 2006 and subtype (your quota type) and select click on create.

give the number of quota (days) and valid from date and to date and also deduction from date and deduction to date and save it.

if you wanted to do this for bulk then create  LSMW and upload it,

thank you for reply .

but what I am talking about how can I configure it thru SPRO  for Sick leave QType : 02 to be entered manually . ( Base entitlement , Generation rules ...etc ) .

because when I remove the base entitlement and selection rule .and try to create it in 2006 even when enter the number it come 0 ???

There is no deferent config for manual quota updation. you should follow all the steps.

01.Create quota type. V_T556A

02. Permit quota geneartion without time evalutaion V_556A_B (here select "no generation" radio button. this will allow you to update it manualy)

03.create base entitlement V_T559E

04,.validity deduction interval V_T559D

05. deduction rule for quota V_556R_B

06.Assign deduction rule into counting rule T556C (rounding rule has to be attached with your absence type later)

07.define generation rule V_T559L

08. update feature QUOMO (quota selection rule has to be attached here)
