KE30 authorization restriction.

Hello Everyone,

Need help for KE30 report.

I wanted to restrict the users per company code to view this report. For Eg: - UK02 company code user should not be able to view the report for US02 company code details.

Please pass on any suggestions.

Hi Mercy,

You would need to use customized authorization object (transaction KE37). This should allow you to have a restriction of KE30 at the respective company code.

Hello Gordon,

Thank you. I tried to put the company code restriction through KE37 and it worked.

Through KE37 creates an authorization object and it should be added to the roles which is done by SAP security team.
