PI Integration engine performance issue.

Hi Experts,

We got a EWA report from our BASIS team and says "PI message processing performance does not meet expectations". Please find the below screenshot. How to improve the performance of the messages processing time.

Hi,

There are serveral methods to monitor the system performance and find bottlenecks, dependend from PI version. For example RTW Performance Monitoring.First you need to detect the causing interface(s) and then look to the details (design) of it (may be mapping, may be BPM or what ever might be the reason).

Hi Udo\ Dimitri,

How can we detect which interface is taking long time in processing the message. In the EWA report it  has given 3 interfaces for which the messages flow are huge. Thse three interfaces are also shown in the EWA report which has green status. I dont see the much differences between the green and red status report. SAP too didn't provided the recommendations to track the issue.
