What are minimum browser and other requirements for Dashboard mobile components?

Thanks for your answers. I'm trying to figure out why my dashboard works in "Mobile Preview" on a one machine and do not works on an other.

I need to know how BO Dashboard application depends on other software packages to find a problem. I did not find an answer in your replies.
