Hi

Is it like that user enter wrong employee grp while hiring the employee? If so then delete the payroll result in pu01 and then goto pa41 and change the enterprise details.

Hi Yug,

What do you mean by "already payroll is run"? Do you mean master data records are locked by payroll admin thru pa03(payroll control record)?

Hi Yug,

It's because of your payroll control record.

1. Go thru PA03 and delete your control record.

2. Create one for a date before you would apply changes, for example one month before.

3. Apply your changes.

4. Delete current payroll control record in PA03 again

5. Create your original control record in PA03 (What you had in step 1).

Cheers,

Dear Yug,

It's just a record to control your payroll run and it does not effect anything. So you can delete and create it any time. If you are worry about it I recommend to test it on Q system first then do the same on P

By the way If it's not important you can apply your changes from now and don't go back. In this case you won't need to touch payroll control record but you will have correct ESG from now.

Cheers,

Omid
