Course completion percentage in LSO- Skillsoft

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with Skillsoft integrated courses in our LSO system. For some courses, the participant enrolls in a course, takes it and leaves it half way and still the completion percentage is updated to 100% which should not be the case.

Can anyone please let me know where exactly the configuration is done in LSO to determine the exact percentage of completion and it is based on what criteria
