how can i hard code the variable key with blank for operation OUTWP

Hi Guys,

I need to hard code COMM B payscale group in one PCR when i am trying to use the variable COMM B system is not accepting since there is a 1 Variable blank in between if i use COMM*B system is not recognizing the blank could you please advise me regarding this please find my code for the rule mentioned below.
