We have a CRM 7.0 EhP1 and when pressing F2, the hiperlink to create a service desk message in solution manager is missing.
CRM is connected to solution manager and table BCOS_CUST is configured. Creating a message in CRM GUI menu is working fine.
Do we have to configure something else in CRM to enable the link? Do we have to actívate any EhP switch?
I've seen in other CRM installation the link enabled. Solution Manager itself has the link in same view.
