Purchase info record - PB00 condition screen not appearing

Hi All

I am witnessing a strange issue that at a time of creating info record for a particular purchase organization, we have put a price in the info record but when we display the info record, it shows zero price.

Also, when trying to change the price using ME11 and ME12 after that, it shows the screen to select the condition type but does not take to the price maintenance screen on selecting the condition type.

Kindly suggest what could be done in this case.
