Forward a SC to another buyer

Hi, in SRM 7.0 can a buyer forward a workitem to another buyer or purchasing group? Or can another buyer somehow access another buyers worklist in the sourcing cockpit? Is this standard or config or other?

Sorry don't have a system I can test on.
