Crystal Report - BI 4.0 - Saved Data / Refreshed Report

Hi,

When I publish a report with saved data via SAP BW publishing service and open the report it always forces me to refresh the report. Therefore, I dont seem to be able to open the report to display saved data? any ideas why this is?

Also, if I do refresh a report in BI 4.0 I cant save the report with data in BI 4.0. Again why is this?

The only way i seem to be able to save data in a report in BI 4.0 is if I shchedule the report and view an instance.
