Performance Management - Radio button - Mandatory (Multiple * Visible)

Hi All,

We have a Appraisal document created from a template which is in Row Layout.
There is an element which has radio button option.The column attached is mandatory.
In such case, all Values of Radio button is displayed with *. The *
should be only at the once at column level not for every option.

Please refer the snap shot. 

Kindly suggest can anything be done on this.

As per my experience in appraisal template, it will be not there, it will be purely in text form.

You need to check your scale  with t code - OOHAP_BASIC,

In the main screen , you will able to see the value list, check your  value list which you have used in your appraisal template . pl see the text of value list for particular scale , if you have written value text in * format. If  you find still same issue,

Then you can define new scale with proper text & use  in your appraisal template.
