Hi Aflal,
Are you logged on CMC using Administrator user account or a User of the Admin group?
It seems like the use (or group you in) is restricted from seeing the group.
try logging using another Admin account or the Administrator account itself.
Other thing you can try is to reset the access on "Top level Security"
Hope any of these will help.
Regards,
Mahmoud

Hi Aflal,
May I know where dont you see Everyone group, in user and groups > Groups or on some objects security?
Run following query in query builder http://servername:8080/AdminTools and check if you get any output.
Select * from ci_systemobjects where si_name = 'Everyone'
Select * from ci_systemobjects where si_id = '1'
As everyone is suggesting over here logon with "Administrator" account and check the behavior.

Sohel
Hi Alfal,
In CMC the groups does not show even though they are present, I have seen such behavior.
You should be able to see the "Everyone" group, if you logout and re-login to CMC from a fresh browser window. If this does not work try logging in from different machine and check.
As divakar said, you cannot delete "Everyone" group or recreate a new group with same name, as its one of the default groups.
Thanks
Mallik

Hello Aflal,
Everyone is default group available in BO. so kindly check you will find the same group in user and groups.
because Everyone is already available that's why it's not allowing you to create new Everyone group.
