An error has occurred: Could not find the document.

I have created URL iView in Enterprise Portal for a WebI report when I execute this WebI report in Portal I am getting the following error for the first time

An error has occurred: Could not find the document.

but when I execute for the second time it is working fine, anyone know when could be the reason for this ?
