Appraisal Workflows

Hi everyone

i am using a few standard workflows for HCM PMS Appraisal.

In all the standard workflows we have a URL and an attachment directed to open the document

my problem is :

HOw can I remove that attachmnt from standard workflow (like :WS12300114 ) .

and also if I cant remove the attachment , How to open it up in portal , it throws up arror saying :

Document No : '115645645614561456456456' not found

please suggest
