Crystal Reports Add-ins menu is not there?

After our server crashed we reinstalled B1 8.82 PL08, Crystal Runtime and then Crystal Reports 2008. Now when we try to edit a report we can't save it back to B1 using the Add-ins menu.

What do I need to do to get the menu to show again, it worked before the crash?
