Crystal Reports Add-ins menu is not there?

After our server crashed we reinstalled B1 8.82 PL08, Crystal Runtime and then Crystal Reports 2008.  Now when we try to edit a report we can't save it back to B1 using the Add-ins menu. 

What do I need to do to get the menu to show again, it worked before the crash?

Hi Jeff,

You need to install crystal report integration package.

You find the integration setup in your server path C:\program files(x86)\SAP\SAP Business one\Crystal.

Kamba, I reinstalled the integration package and now I can't even edit a report from the Report and Layout Manager.  When I click on edit I get this error.  When I installed the package it did require me to restart the server which I've never encountered before.  Any other suggestions so I can at least get the edit function working again?  Before we could at least edit and then import the form back into SAP.

if the solution in the baove link does not solve your problem,then you need to upgarde your version to 8.82 PL 11 or 12.

I also faced this error  and tried all the solutions, finally upgraded to Pl 11 and it solved
