Part Appraisal documents- phap_admin_pa

Hi Folks,

I want to get the part appraisal documents in the admin report output, if we execute the report with out providing any input parameters appraisal document would be displayed in the output.

I want to have the part appraisal document under column Appdoc type in the report output, can any one please share your ideas on this.

You should go for this BADI  Appraisal Document - Default Appraisal Document Name (HRHAP00_DEF_DN)

This BADI will solve your problem.

My question is about the tcode phap_admin_pa out put. If we execute the tcode with out giving any input parameters in the selection screen we would be getting all the appraisal documents in the output.

If we want to get part appraisasl documents in the out put we have to select the part appraiser and need to input the part appraiser details in the serach options in phap_admin_pa, my question is with out providing any inputs in the selection screen can we get part appraisal document in the output?

You have to release the document get displayed in the report out.
