SPAM Update - CHECK_INACT_OBJECTS

Former Member

Hi there,

I have attempted to import SAPKB70026 & SAPKB70027 (SAP_BASIS) patches

using SPAM in client 000 on our Development system.

Everything was going ok until the import finished with the following error:

! There are inactive objects in the system

! Abort the import due to an error situation

Now, I understand that there may be inactive objects held in some transports

somewhere.

But does anybody know I can get a list of all the inactive objects and furthermore

can one activate them all in bulk ??

Much appreciated for any help

Thanks

Andy

Hi,

Please go to SPAM->Goto->Status->Queue, you can get a view of all

affected objects. You should try to activate them one by one.

After that, continue import in SPAM.

Please check SAP Note

1853036 - Error SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC in phase CHECK_INACT_OBJECT

As per the note, this phase warns of inactive objects which are not
contained in open workbench requests.

Go to SE80 ->  inactive objects (from drop down menu)
Please check carefully if the object can/should be activated, activate
from se80.

Hi Andy,

Goto SE80 select Inactive Objects in drop down box and give username and click on display.

You will find inactive objects.

Thanks,
