How can I insert multiline container(in tabular format) in "send mail" step in workflow?

Hello Experts,

I searched through lot of posts but was unable to find the answer.

My query is: I have a multiline container exported from function module and imported in my WF. My question is that can I insert this multiline container in tabular format( with borders) as shown below??

Hello Anoop !

           Alternatively, go to Microsoft word editor in "Description" tab of mail step's task.

           If you maintain entries as shown below,

             

          you'll get ouput screen in mail step as follows :

                

            It'all about alignment. Otherwise, you can try using document from template or form step type.

Hello,

Assuming Suresh means the PC Editor:

- go to PFTC and open up the TS task in change mode

- click on Descrption tab

- click on  the "Change text" button
