Freight value line item not appearing in MIRO

Hi all,

I am on ECC6 EHP6 and I am facing the same issue from this thread: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3272760

My problem is there is no additional line item for freight cost in MIRO which is supposed to be there. I am using standard FRB2 with standard RM0000 calculation schema in PO condition - see screenshot 1.jpg and 2.jpg.

Upon GR, the accounting document shows the freight cost as a separate line item which is correct. However, there is no freight cost line item in MIRO - see screenshot 3.jpg.

I remembered seeing the freight line item in MIRO when I was working on EHP5. I can't find a solution or any previous thread that has answer to this problem. I hope someone can help me as I am really stuck after troubleshooting for 2 hours. Furthermore, I am just using the standard FRB2 and RM0000.

Hi Steven,

Even i had encountered similar problem, during GR freight was capturing whereas while MIRO freight charges was not displaying.

The issue is one to select the option 3 Goods/Services + Planned delivery costs in MIRO screen to proceed.

Two Line items appear in the MIRO screen which includes the delivery cost

Please select the Goods/Services + Planned delivery costs option in MIRO item tab and proceed.

Hi SAP FC,

I am not sure why the freight line didn't appear when selecting the planned delivery filter before my initial post. Now it does. Thanks.

Somehow, I am getting another issue with the standard MIRO screen. I create a new PO with freight, GR 103 followed by 105. In MIRO, now it is showing 3 lines:

1. Line with blank value and quantity.

2. Line with the product price - correct.

3. Line with the freight cost - correct.

Line 1 can be deleted by manually clicking the "Delete unselected items" icon.

Hi,

As you have mentioned you can delete the unwanted line item simply by unselecting the same and by clicking on the refresh button in the MIRO item detail screen.

Now to findout why this extra line item is appearing, you have to scroll towards the right and see the GR document number.
