Freight value line item not appearing in MIRO

Hi all,

I am on ECC6 EHP6 and I am facing the same issue from this thread: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3272760

My problem is there is no additional line item for freight cost in MIRO which is supposed to be there. I am using standard FRB2 with standard RM0000 calculation schema in PO condition - see screenshot 1.jpg and 2.jpg.

Upon GR, the accounting document shows the freight cost as a separate line item which is correct. However, there is no freight cost line item in MIRO - see screenshot 3.jpg.

I remembered seeing the freight line item in MIRO when I was working on EHP5. I can't find a solution or any previous thread that has answer to this problem. I hope someone can help me as I am really stuck after troubleshooting for 2 hours. Furthermore, I am just using the standard FRB2 and RM0000.
