SAP sybase service startup fails with error 1053

Hi ALL,

We have SYBASE 15.7 with SAP ERP on windows server 2008 R2 and after power crash .

Our system is not coming up service SYBSQL_<sid> is starting phase for long time.

we have restored VM backup restored from earlier date but still facing the same issue.

Attached is database log.
