Portal runtime error in Portal 7.3

HI all

Iam new to the environment of portal version 7.3, while i show my transaction or URL ivews in the portal i get the following error as

Portal runtime error

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID 12:56_06/06/13_0001_29606150

Previously in other version of portal it would be a permission issue and i found some other forums and checked the permissions also , all seems to be ok .

Could you pls point me out what is going wrong .?

To analyse i check the log files in nwa, but i get the erorr as mentiond in the thread

Iam unable to find the logs for this error,

can any one guide me through this pls
