Hi Experts,
My client is planning to move from the current CRM system which our SAP CRM to Salesforce CRM system. I wan to know what are the steps involved in the above process like :
Cleanup Process
Ramp Down period
Transition involved
Impact on commercial terms
notification timelines
and how can this be achieved and what would the steps involved in it...
Please help me out with your expertise.

hard to answer.
If the decision is not fixed yet, show them them SAP Cloud for Customer and let them evaluate if this is not a feasible solution. (quite on the same level as SFDC.. AND integrated out of the box to either SAP CRM OR ERP)
