Can access CMC but can't connect to a Universe

Just trying to identify the cause of an issue we are having. Users can connect to the CMC and can run CR Enterprise and see the list of available Universes but when the try and connect to a Universe they get a SAP BO Enterprise logon error "Unable to Logon" when they are actually already connected to the SAP BO Platform.

Any thoughts on what we need to look at to correct this issue.

Hi Gavin,

You might not have appropriate rights on the universe and its associated connections.

Share some screens with detailed description.
