Dynamic Action to default Known as to First Name in IT0002

I wrote the below dynamic action to default Known as to First Name but somehow it does not work. This default should happen upon create/modify of IT0002. Can someone please guide me towards my mistake:

0002			04	116	P	PSPAR-WERKS='XYCD'
0002			04	118	I	MOD,0002
0002			04	120	W	P0002-VORNA=P0002-RUFNM

Hi Nani,

I think the table PSPAR might not be containing any value for personnel area(WERKS) and thus the condition must be failing, resulting in further script not getting executed.

Hence just for testing purpose change line 116 to PSPAR-PERNR='XXXXXXXX', your test pernr and check if it works. Also I see that assignment in line 120 is incorrect. It should be P0002-RUFNM=P-0002-VORNA.

I am not sure but the possible reason for PSPAR  table being empty is because infotype 0002 begda is the birthdate of employee on which date there is no personnel area in infotype 0001.
