how to find the report orientation type

HI,

Is there a way to find out what is the report page orientation through SDK ? And is tehre a way to change the rendering of the report ? The purpose is to in the report viewer, the report is rendered center aligned, is there a way to make it left assigned ? I have attached an image to demonstrate the requirement.
