SSO Configuration for Portal System with Windows Active directory authentication

Dear All ,

I am Planning to Configure SSO Configuration for Portal System with Windows Active directory authentication . So That Windows Domain Credentials can be used for Our ESS/MSS Portal Server login . We Have our Portal Server (NW 7.1 SP06) running on Solaris System . I found http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-40179 URL for SSO configuration . but I am not getting SAP NW SSO 1.0 software component in my S-user id in SAP market place .

Please confirm , unavailability of SSO software is caused because of SAP licensing term or any other location i have to search.

Also if Licensing is the reason , what other way (IF ANY) to achieve SSO between portal and windows login . i want user may not require to login on portal ,whenever they open Portal URL it will authenticate by their Windows Domain account and User may get portal dashboard .

Please guide me with valuable information .
