Detail section repeats on next page, despite keep together checked

Hello,

Detail section FD (don't ask me why there are so many sections, I inherited the report) repeats on page 4 and page 5 of the report, even though keep together is checked.

There are no groups and the stored procedure returns only one record. I'm using CR 11.5.12.1838.

Have you seen anything like this before?
