Items with Serial Numbers Import via DTW

Hi Experts,

I am importing items with serial numbers via DTW - Goods Receipt and I have seen some threads about serial number upload but I wasn't able to find some topics which discusses this error message in the DTW : "10001172 - You should use existing serial / batch numbers for this document [ ??????? 29-51] Application defined or object-defined error65171" Would you know what should I fix in my template? Thanks!
