Data collection error on POD

Hi,

I am facing the below error whenever I enter data in "DC collection" pop-up on POD.

After entering the data, when I click on Save; I get the following error for some operations and for rest of them I get an error as "Internal error occurred,contact technical support'. Can anybody provide a clue on this? Thanks a lot.
